samyama program(English) in March 2019 in isha yoga, coimbatore

 Samyama Program in English from March 8th - 15th, 2019 at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.

To attend the Samyama Program, participants are required to first attend the Pre-Samyama Meet.

Details of prerequisite programs to be completed:

1. Inner Engineering Program (before Pre-Samyama meet)

2. Yogasanas Program (before Pre-Samyama meet)

3. Pre-Samyama Meet (Please check with your center coordinators for the dates of the Pre-Samyama Meet nearby your locality.)

4. Bhava Spandana Program (before 8th March 2019)

5. Shoonya Intensive Program (before 8th March 2019)

This is for FIRST TIMERS only.

If you have already done the Samyama program, we request you to participate in the upcoming Samyama Sadhana program.

Registration for the Pre-Samyama Meet is mandatory. Registrations for the Pre-Samyama Meet is expected to open on 15 Nov 2018.

Those haven't completed Bhava Spandana or Shoonya, but are interested in applying for Samyama, preference will be given to them to register for the upcoming programs in December and January.
